Andrea has been active in the area of “systemic change and leadership” for more than 20 years. She is a trained business coach, business mediator and systemic consultant with a focus on team and organisational development. In addition, she is trained in displaying business constellations and certified Scrum Master.
Before she founded tridot consulting, she hold several leadership positions in corporate organisation and mid-size companies. Her focus is on sustainable transformation and cultural diagnostic. Integration and function of business strategy, personnel structures and decision-making processes in companies are at the core of her analysis. She advises which conflicts need to be resolved or which formal structures lead to successful change. Breaking systemic dysfunctional patterns are her field of expertise when she designs impactful interventions.
Andrea is married, has a teenage daughter, lives in Berlin and tries to spend as much time as possible in the mountains each year.

Julia Klotz
Managing Director
Julia has been working in the field of “systemic change and leadership” for over 18 years. She’s a trained business coach and systemic consultant with a focus on coaching, team- & organisational development, and cultural transformation.
Before founding Tridot consulting, Julia held leading positions at international corporations and at top consulting firms – mostly energy-related. Her passion is leading teams and organisations through challenging change processes. Julia starts out with a thorough diagnosis enabling her to understand how organisational structures might promote a certain situation or how customers may unconsciously contribute to preserving the status quo. Based on these findings, Julia works with her clients to develop ways and effective means for enabling successful realignments.
Her clients value not only her analytical expertise and extensive experience in transformation, but also her ability to quickly build relationships without fear of broaching sensitive subjects – all the while creating a fun working atmosphere.

Nina is passionate about change in the context of organisational structure and cultural development, always putting people first. Her ambition to implement transformation sustainably motivates her to find a holistic solution co-created with the client.
She has experience as a change expert in the energy sector, where she accompanied an international M&A process focusing on culture and the development of the management team, was responsible for the group-wide employee survey and worked in team development.
Nina lives in Cologne and spends her free time doing crossfit, spending a lot of time in nature and exploring new countries.

Linus Scarton
Project Assistant
Linus is particularly interested in organisational change, new work and AI, change communication and personnel development. He is currently deepening these areas of interest in his master’s in psychology at the University of Potsdam. During his studies, he was able to gain initial experience in industrial and organisational psychology as a student assistant. In his free time, Linus enjoys the diversity of Berlin. He is an avid football fan and likes to explore the cultural offerings of the capital.

Her leadership roles have included responsibility for organisational and leadership development as well as for cultural change. She’s therefore familiar with both the perspective of accompanying change processes as an external party and shaping them from within. Jumana has experienced herself that sometimes you need consultants who respectfully put their finger in the wound and provide new impulses for change. Ulrich Merkes

Ulrich has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and organisational consulting for organisations of all sizes, especially upper mid-sized companies as well as large international and family-owned companies. His focus is on the development of implementation-oriented strategies and the organisational structures required for this. He translates the resulting change requirements calmly and with experience into organisational development, management/team development and transformation processes. In addition to his clever, in-depth analytical thinking, he is also characterised by an approachable, touchable manner.
In addition to his consulting activities, Ulrich works as an advisor and coach for managers in challenging change and decision-making situations. Ulrich is also co-head of the organizational consulting training department and part of the coaching teaching team at the Hephaistos Coaching Institute in Munich. There he lives his fascination for systems theory, organizational and leadership psychology as well as group dynamics. Ulrich lives in Darmstadt and is the father of an adorable, lively daughter.

From his long-standing position as a partner in an in-house consultancy for an energy group, he knows the tension between strategy, vision and feasibility as well as organisational feasibility. Oliver has advised clients in Europe and North America on everything from classic energy topics to digital transformations.

Patricia, a former Head Doctor at a 200-bed Burn-Out Clinic, specialises in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy, on the one hand, and in promoting cultures for the prevention of toxic corporate culture, on the other hand. Parallel to that, for the past 15 years she’s worked as a freelance therapist, supervisor, lecturer, consultant and coach. This is now her sole focus. Patricia is a trained singer, too. A holistic view of humanity, joy of life, humour and creativity are central elements of how she lives her life and her work.
Patricia did her doctorate on the subject of “Mental Health at Work”. Her multi-disciplinary mental health consulting CV includes training in Gestalt, hypnotherapy, trauma and behavioural therapy. Her previous academic work involved teaching and research along with management of the psychotherapeutic university outpatient clinic at the University of Würzburg. Her artistic work is as a singer, actress and presenter.

Sabine has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant and manager and has successfully led numerous transformation initiatives in international companies. She has ‘seen it all’ and has developed a deep understanding of how to achieve sustainable change.
Her goal is to strengthen organisations so that they can respond flexibly and quickly to change – by fostering the right culture, mindset, structures and processes. She focuses on organisational development and design, as well as business and cultural transformation.
